While the cleaning service is good, trying to get your carpet and refund from an over charge is next to impossible I called and called to get my carpet backWhen it was finally returned I was so happy and excited to have it back, that I signed the receipt for the wrong size carpet and was overchargedWhen I noticed the next day,I called and spoke with Robert who checked and said yes I was and he would issue a credit right away It has never been receivedI have called again and he assured me he would send out "straight away" That was on 09/08/Still not receivedHe tells me the problem is his son who has health issues I have text conversations on my phone from Robert

A certain "At Home Care" caregiver left a disturbing message on the cell phone of our daytime caregiver's phone 9-28-13. This message was in regard to a family member and the information was repeated without checking its authenticity. The information was totally untrue and the message left was very derogatory, defamatory, and it being spoken is slander.
