We contacted this company after a terrible experience with a caregiver we had hired privately. There was a slight increase in cost but the professionalism and peace of mind offered by the agency is worth it. The owner and RN were very helpful in matching my father with an excellent caregiver. Also, the staff in general have been very responsive to any questions I have. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of assistance.
