During the original phone conversation Mrs [redacted] the "non-saleable" tag was not mentionedIt also was not mentioned in the first letter that she sent to usAs we fully disclose every factory second mattress and Mrs [redacted] signed the invoice acknowledging she was purchasing a Factory Second we took no immediate actionHowever upon recieving a second letter that mentioned a "Non-Saleable" tag and then promptly requesting photos we verified that indeed her specific mattress should not have been sold.We issued a Refund Check for the full purchase price along with the attached letter the same day.We sell a large variety of new mattresses but we also sell Factory Seconds that we recieve directly from the [redacted] FactoryWe clearly tag every bed of this nature so as to be transparent with our customersPlease see attached photos.As the 'Non-Saleable" label was placed in a spot that was not readily apparent it was missed during our initial inspectionSince learning of this issue we have made sure to check all current Factory Second mattresses for similar issues and have found noneThe mattress was an Error that should not have been shipped to our store[redacted] Operations Manager ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
