[redacted] put down a total of $down on her financed contractShe called [redacted] and stated she wanted out of her contract and [redacted] said that is fine but there will be funds not refunded to herWhen [redacted] came in to the office she was very hostile [redacted] did not raise is voice at her he kept his cool the whole time [redacted] was screaming at himShe was not happy that we were giving her the refund in a form of a Business CheckShe started screaming racial slurs at us, which is when we asked her to leave our office, she continued to scream at us and then she threw our checkbook and stole keys from our office, that the police found on her [redacted] did not pull a gun on [redacted] .There will be no other refunds given to [redacted]

refunded the orderWe did not ask for proof, or that the item be returnedSince we did not have another set to send the customer, we did what we thought was best by refunding the customer immediatelyAs we do not have any control or access to the customers billing information, they may want to contact the site directly to see how long it may take for the refund to be processed back onto their CCPlease let me know if you have any further questionsI hope was able to answer any questions you had regarding this orderThank youBooks From [email protected]
