customer was a third party. Our customer was happy with the report. The seller and our client were not able to come to terms for sale of her property. Sarah [redacted] sent in this complaint approximately the same day that her and I discussed her issues with our report for the first time. I returned all of her phone calls before and after this complaint was filed. I also did everything that the seller (who is not my client) asked of me including talking to both of her contractors. Since this complaint was filed Sarah [redacted] and I have resolved all issues and I do not expect that you will receive further communications from her regarding this complaint. Due to state home inspection licensing I am not allowed to share the contents of the report with anyone without permission from my customer (again, this is a third party not mentioned by name in this response). If I need to get permission from the customer to release more details regarding what was in the report and discuss this complaint further with any party, I will do so.
