This homeowner is acting as his own genarel contractor he has hired us to do described work it is clear in our contract that he and not I is responsible for town permit if you notice in his complaint start and finish date he mentions it but does not complain about it because he's holding up the project he has hired espestos removel coduct co as well as his electrition and carpenter that he hired at the same time as us and arenot compleat he also does not have material on site to finish I have talked to all contractors he hired he has jerked us all around when it's time to pick up our checks they are never on time I can prove he is not being honest about percentidge of work to time of receiving checks ( through Tex ) I also have emails that request materials needed for over two months and some still not their their were ocations that he new we were coming in morning and could not gain access this is also documented through Tex and emails we also have documentation of a compleatly unorganized mess of a house we have been working in their has been no organasation through this project he has made a mess of it we are a repetuble co with integrity if he wasn't in our way we would have completed our job months ago also their are no moneys owed to any person or coBy at home restorations for this project and no liens from any one hired by me on record at town
