Ed and one of HKC's repair men fixed this problem two weekends ago - I must say they did a nice job and the roof overhang is exactly as it should be. I am happy with the outcome

Hello, After reading the complaint there are a lot of accusations and comments outside of the business agreement we had with the client. We don't wish to address these due to the unscrupulous experience we've had with this client. I have attached a copy of the signed contract that the customer...

agreed to. We made a simple mistake by not contacting the customer the day of the repair. We admit to that mistake. The rest of the customers accusations we cannot speak to. Here's what we are willing to do. We will refund the full amount paid, $318.50, if the client agrees to drop this matter, refrain from posting any consumer reviews regarding our company on any platform and agrees to not contact us for any future work.
