customer was in February of When the wife came in and filled out a cancellation for her husband we immediately cancelled the account and advised her nothing further was due

The member joined we provided her with proof that she agreed to a membership that would auto renew at the end of the initial yearWhen the member came in to cancel we explained that it is in the agreement she signed she can either mail a cert letter to the club to cancel or come in and she did not
do eitherThe agreement was cancelled the same day she came into the club and no further billing was required
