I think that the very last sentence of this complaint makes it clear and sums up in totality that this individual is clearly out of touch with reality and that this complaint is without meritI will note that this prospective client never paid for his initial intake services and thus we were under
no obligation to proceed on this case until payment was made, which never occurredLastly, it is unfortunate that in this day and age and in this progressive City of Seattle that anyone would propose that we would discriminate against anybodyOur staff as well as our client base is made up of all colors, races, creeds, religions, and sexual orientation. Our job is to create a safe space for children and that is what we do

I am rejecting this response because:I have emails that prove that I gave more than hours notice Also, the business on the second time around stated that they sent me an email but they never showed proof of that emailI honestly did not receive an email I have been honest with the agency and they have been dishonest They could have emailed me proof, instead they claim on this forum, and falsely that I am out of touch with reality Where is the proof of this email? Can your business not upload it on here to the Revdex.com? That also proves that they are dishonest I would not recommend this agency, they discriminated against me because they perceived me as white and having interracial children If that were not true then they would have not purposefully refused my business and done what they did They are right that I did do most of the intake but the final process of the visitation did not occur due to their dishonesty and so no payment was rendered I don’t pay money to a business who doesn’t complete the job Therefore no service was rendered and I signed no contract stating I would pay for any less than the entire job, that was not completed The other thing is that it was in the intake that they discriminated against me afterwards based on my ethnicity by a person of color who asked me why would I want to hire a company that is keeping them from seeing their kids I never said that they were doing that, but they stated that was their intent, based on my ethnicity Guess you can’t prove what they would not say in writing Also they expired me for money, they said they put me on a low income scale, they called me up and changed their minds after the initial intake (also why I didnt pay them any money, and canceled), I had to talk Walden into changing his mind (before the company canceled the third time), the thing Walden wanted he said was more money He didn’t care that his business advertised a low income scale, he wanted more money And he said he is legally able to demand such Well he can choose who he helps financially, but that doesn’t mean that it is based on his company’s honesty, their competence And I believe my ethnicity made a big difference to these people, that and it was clear moneyI said I would pay his hiked up rate after I was told the lower rate, after I did most of the intake, that’s what they did Low rate, intake part 1, high rate, finagle I agreed to pay the high rate and had Walden lower it after he played yo yo Then he was dishonest about schedulingI believe ethnicity is the core issue after money Sorry to say This guy is progressive, but biased against white people I guess, maybe even interracial children And calling my experience with his staff not reality, I believe that his email claim might be an abusive attack on my reality to abuse people who are white Prove it Walden! Post that email and send me a copy of it and I will send a copy of the email chain where I did schedule more than hours in advance and your staff claimed in that chain that I did not Prove it!

We were a little backed up with getting this clients visitation report to her as the visitation supervisor had some emergency health issues and took a little longer than usual to send get it to us; for this we apologize for the inconvenience. We have send this client her...

visitation report. Also please note there was no charge for this report.  In regards to logistical concerns to the arrival time for visitation our protocol is to have the visiting parent to arrive early to eliminate any contact between the custodial and non custodial parent. Once the visitation supervisor arrives she then contacts the custodial parent to bring the child. After reading over the visitation report and speaking with the assigned supervisor, she confirms that the all parties followed the protocol set in place.  Also, we did provide the supervisor with the correct case information, and she stated that she mixed up the wrong information as she had another visit shortly after where the child is four years old.
 
In regards to safety concerns, our first priority is the child's safety.
We understand the frustrations this client may have when you have been court order to use ours service to see your child.

The basis of this complaint is totally preposterous.  The complainant was never a client of ours and the final line of the complaint where he is asking for $8000 speaks clearly to his state of mind.

I am rejecting this response because:I spent time and money working with this business.  The other party tried to extort me in court for $5k due to this company’s wasting my time and theirs.  At my education level, and business experience level I make $150 per hour for my work.  A lawyer can charge 200-300$ per hour.  This company has no right to waste a client’s time and money and resources.  There were multiple parties involved and the reason for the problems was due to this company following through.  I got to the point were At Indaba admitted to falling out several times.  They tried to extort a low income indivdual going through a divorce and financial issues caused by a divorce and the court.  Indaba admitted to not following through on visitation then lied about establishing such the second time.  I believe unlawful discrimination and manipulation and extortion occurred by this company.  This company sees it as being discriminatory and legal to do so based on right to refuse service at any time for any reason.  I wish this company wasn’t so mean or rude considering the fact that those they serve are families and children and especially men.  This company won’t be in business long if they continue to flake out on communicating and establishing visitations with two parties whereby the party not uniting services with their company is also being manipulative and engaging in illegal and unprofessional conduct.
