brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation heard a noise while driving afterward drove miles with my child in the car once we stopped, I checked the back passenger tire and the lug nuts weren't even tightened WEREN'T EVEN TIGHTENED my child and I could have been seriously injured had the tire fallen off while driving on the highwaypure negligence avoid this place at all costs

I was told to wait a week for an apptwith another companyTried Glen Lake because the business looked welcomingI was not disappointed*** answered the phone at 9am and my car was checked out within the hour by a really nice mechanic who fixed the latch problem with a little lube and a lot of courtesyMy future business goes to Glen Lake Automotive

I had my *** *** service at this location several timesThe first time was for a timing belt and water pump replacementThe master technician did a careless jobHe did not screw back the engine mounting bolts causing the engine to shakesI found screw left in the engine compartmentDealer called a guy to pickup my car from work, drive it to dealer to tighten up the boltsThe second time I had it in for a loud squeal fix cause by a loosen PS and AC beltsThe car underbody was severely damage cause by improper lifting of the carCalled the service manager to complainHe say to bring the car in for inspectionHe defended the person who service my car saying the guy had been setvicing and lifting cars for yearsI am dissapointed in the quality of work at Manchester HondaIt seems like a nice place but the workers are not doing a quality job

I have been a customer of Glen Lake Automotive Centre Ltd. for over three years and have found them to be the best Automotive Repair Station I have found in my 47 years of vehicle ownership. They are honest, give prompt and courteous service, fair pricing and do perfect workmanship. They explain the problem, give me all options and allow me to make informed decisions. I am very grateful to the person who directed me to this Automotive Centre and I honestly cannot recommend Glen Lake Automotive Centre highly enough.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a VM, not sure what number was called. I was told that I would be responsible for any charges from neglect, anything not covered by warranty, which I understand and agree to.  but I was never told about any diagnosis fee. If this was case I never would have dropped it off.

I am rejecting this response because:  I was told that but was there an issue found not related to warranty? I bring it home and this morning I look out and there is dime size oil leak under the front of the snow blower. I was told 10 days and you had it 32 days and nothing was fixed and I had to pay. I was conveniently never told about a $100 pre-authorization but I am sure it was in small print so the customer doesn't read it or understand. I have never filed a complaint in my life against a business but this is very unethical behavior. You should explain ALL charges ahead of time clearly,

Customer was informed that if there was an issue with the machine that was not related to the manufacturer's warranty, that he would be responsible for the diagnosis and repair. We have $100.00 pre-authorized by the customer and signed by him, to check out/repair the unit if it was not a...

warrantable issue, which constitutes an agreement. To date, we have dis-assembled the housing cover of the machine and inspected for any signs of an oil leak. The technician spent over an hour inspecting the unit, and customer was charged for .7 of an hour's labor. Since we could find nothing to repair at present, we can not claim any warranty on the unit. Customer was made aware of this situation according to service advisor [redacted]. Some goodwill assistance at the dealership level is sometimes a consideration if customer purchased the machine from our dealership, but neither customer nor his father purchased their machines here. As a note, we did find an issue with customer's father's unit and are repairing unit as of this response, for a leaking carburetor. No similar leak was found on customer's unit.

Glen Lake Auto is the absolute best! Not only do Larry and Andy do fantastic work, but they are also friendly, kind and completely trustworthy as well. Getting my car back this time I notice not only did they fix the broken stuff - but my car is actually handling better too, and no squealy sound when I go around a corner now either, neither of those things I had even mentioned to them but as always, when I get my car back from them it always feels like driving a new car! Their service is incredibly fast too!
