This company does not stand by what they quote you. I had a service man look at my water heater and he told me I needed a new one. He said it would cost about $1000 unless I wanted on demand then it would run close to $5000. I called the office to double check the price and the lady who answered the phone told me for a 40 or 50 gallon water heater it would cost me $1050. So I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced and they send me an invoice for $2200. I don't understand how they can run a business like this. I had a serviceman come in January which also cost me $74 to do absolutely nothing and clearly told me the wrong fee. They were also at my house for 1 hour and 25 mins and they charged me for 2 hours. Very upsetting experience and won't recommend them to anyone.
