First off I'd like to give At Links a round of applause for taking advantage of an unserviced area... Wow, it is quiet, must be because they charge up to over 80 dollars a month for inconsistent services, providing no more than 3mbps. That's right over 80 dollars a month for an inconsistent speed of 3mbps, a speed in which is never at a 3.0 but, a whopping 1.0 or less. Let us also dabble a bit on the subject of customer service, I have actually very consistently talked to the same representative Charles. He's a lovely fellow whenever you don't know anything about Internet, why you ask? That might be because Charles also knows nothing about Internet mechanics. He is just there to trick you into thinking after this phone call is over he fixed and/or cared about the problem at hand. In reality the problem will never be fixed because the big guys are soaking up all the profit and not spending any of that profit on improving an overloaded system. They won't even use any of that profit to give you what they advertise, like telling a friend about the service; that friend buys and installs but then they don't give you the free month they advertise to you. In fact when I had helped them gain another customer they tried to charge me an extra fee ahead of my billing date. I would really like to see an honest Internet providing service branch out into the [redacted] area and take down these bullies. The greediness of this company is toxic.
