Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. After looking into this issue, I have found that we refunded the application fees on July 5th, to the same card in which they were paid. This was an instance where the Property Manager had approved an
applicant the evening before this potential tenant was shown the property by our Leasing Agent. We at A.TSmith & Costrive to be as fair as possible, and thats why we refunded the application fees so swiftly. We are sorry for the inconvenience. As a good faith gesture, we would like to offer to send $to the address listed for the inconvenience. Our objective is be fair to all parties involved. I hope that this can give you some peace of mind and conclude this issue

On 8/27/I spoke with *** from the City of *** and transfered the utilities into the owners name and the balance was taken off the deposit dispursementIt normally takes a billing cycle for the names to change as we need to wait for the
final bill to come into the officeAll requests at this time have been handled
