On 9/27/a car hit and sheared off a power pole across the street from my home The cables from the pole fell on my house and hung across my street, eventually sagging to the point of ~ feet from the pavementthe local power company arrived and spent ~ hrs replacing the pole and resetting their electrical wireswithin hours of the accidentI spent an hour on the phone with AT&T asking them to come to the scene and assess or remove the cablesthey promised they would and NEVER cameI had no service, No TV, No Internet, No phone, which also caused the loss of my house fire and safety alarm and my security camerasNo service starting 9/27/The next day I spent another hour on the phone begging to have them come fix the lines that still laid across my house and street They sent a technician who zip tied the lines together to get them off the street and nothing moreThat evening a team came and reconnected the lines to the pole and although I told them numerous times before they disappeared, they left me with still No service I continued to call every day for days, I spoke with numerous countries and statesI spoke with a total of customer service reps or supervisors by phone, I spoke with a total of technicians who came to the house, tell me I had no service, and then leave - all promised either next day help or later the same day help and No one would comeOn 10/01/in the afternoon a single technician came and connected the lines to a pole behind my housealthough I had told all the other AT & T people I talked with over the course of this event that I thought the problem was there, none looked at that poleA total of days I was without ALL service, my safety alarms and cameras were off and my home and my safety were at riskI was driven to levels of frustration and anxiety that I have never feltAs a senior this had me questioning my health at times I have months left on this AT & T contract and although I have been with them for years, I will have their equipment removed from my home on 12/26/16, I will find another provider, I will submit scathing reviews of their poor service and hope I can prevent this kind of abuse from occurring to others This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life

the local power company arrived and spent ~ 6 hrs replacing the pole and resetting their electrical wires... within hours of the accident.
I spent an hour on the phone with AT&T asking them to come to the scene and assess or remove the cables... they promised they would and NEVER came. I had no service, No TV, No Internet, No phone, which also caused the loss of my house fire and safety alarm and my security cameras... No service starting 9/27/16
The next day I spent another hour on the phone begging to have them come fix the lines that still laid across my house and street. They sent a technician who zip tied the lines together to get them off the street and nothing more.
That evening a team came and reconnected the lines to the pole and although I told them numerous times before they disappeared, they left me with still No service. I continued to call every day for 4 days, I spoke with numerous countries and states... I spoke with a total of 11 customer service reps or supervisors by phone, I spoke with a total of 3 technicians who came to the house, tell me I had no service, and then leave - all promised either next day help or later the same day help and No one would come.
On 10/01/2016 in the afternoon a single technician came and connected the lines to a pole behind my house... although I had told all the other AT & T people I talked with over the course of this event that I thought the problem was there, none looked at that pole.
A total of 5 days I was without ALL service, my safety alarms and cameras were off and my home and my safety were at risk.
I was driven to levels of frustration and anxiety that I have never felt.
As a senior this had me questioning my health at times. I have 3 months left on this AT & T contract and although I have been with them for years, I will have their equipment removed from my home on 12/26/16, I will find another provider, I will submit scathing reviews of their poor service and hope I can prevent this kind of abuse from occurring to others. This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

I am beyond livid! Where should I began. Should I start with the fact that AT&T service never worked or how the tech had me leave work on 3 separate occasions to meet him at my house to have him just not show up with out a call or email to cancel. I gave up on try ingot o make it work and canceled. Not only did they try to bill me for a derive I never had but even after sending back the modem that never worked, have tried to bill me for that over and over again. Every time I call to resolve I am hold for 15-30 minutes then passed around from agent to agent in what I feel is an attempt to make me so frustrated that I just hang up and pay for something I don't even have! Stop scamming people out of there hard earned money. I have called 3 times now About the bill for the modem and every time I'm told we didn't send you a bill or yes I see we recived this and just ignore the bill. It won't happen again. Yet today I get yet yet another bill marked October 20th saying if I don't pay they will send me to collections. I called and he pretended to not know I had a bill yet again and said he was going to transfer me to loyalty department... He transferred me to surprise surprise the wrong place... Security sales lady... She apologized and said oh this is not where u need to be and I can't get any one for u u need to go back to the department u were just talking to but there closed. This is complete b.s and if I recive one more bill for something they have confirmed multiple times I am going to place a low suit for harassment and ruining my credit if this goes to collections. I owe them $0 nothing! This is how they scam people. This needs to stop NOW you could not pay me a million dollars to ever do business with that company!

AT&T UVerse/Internet has been the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. Let me begin with my experience. I signed up for their services back in 2011 thru a third party vendor which offered Dish/AT&T together as a bundle package. When the year was over, I canceled service but AT&T charged me for canceling. 4 years goes by and I move to a location which is an apartment complex. I was unable to relocate my DirecTV so I called AT&T to try to get service once again. They stated they service my complex so I paid them the overcharges from 2011 and we scheduled the appt. We were informed that they couldn't make a connection to my apartment. I informed my manager which she was baffled because there are so many other apartments there which use AT&T. So we reschedule with specific instructions to have the technician go by the manager's office to confirm there was no service to my apartment. Well, guess what? No one shows up! So we then escalate the installation appointment to another day, and then guess what again?? No one shows up!!! They actually asked me if I called to cancel the appointment?!! What??!! So after 3 attempts of trying to have service installed, I was given the run around every time. I am disgusted with this company and will advise everyone I know to never use them for any services if they can help it. And to top it off, the supervisors couldn't even tell me why the appointments were canceled and no one showed to install service. Shameful company.
