The owner has call the consumer to talk about a resolution but has not heard back. [redacted] stated the best number for the owner to be reached at is [redacted] for a return call.

This is the same story they have been telling us for three months!  It does not take that amount of time to resolve the issue with the previous owner of the equipment.  As for the preview policy, this is an online auction and At Your Bidding cannot expect someone to drive 6 hours to view their purchases.  The equipment should be gone over and in working order when they are sold.
