Review: We bid on several paint sprayers at a online auction. After we picked up the sprayers 6 in total we found one with a seized motor. the sprayer with the seized motor was $825.00. We contacted at your bidding and requested money for a new motor ( approximately $400.00 ). We have called and emailed several times with no results. I feel if your going to have online auctions the very least you can do is to see if the motors are seized, and if they are state that in the desciption. Out of the 6 sprayers bought only 1 started without some work.Desired Settlement: A refund of $400.00 for a new [redacted] motor

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and she stated that they have an "As Is" policy and they also offer for consumers a preview day to come and see the items they have bought. The owner of the company is trying to work with the owner of the motors to see what they can come up with for consumer.

This is the same story they have been telling us for three months! It does not take that amount of time to resolve the issue with the previous owner of the equipment. As for the preview policy, this is an online auction and At Your Bidding cannot expect someone to drive 6 hours to view their purchases. The equipment should be gone over and in working order when they are sold.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and she stated that since the motors were sold "As Is" they have no liability for them. The owner has call the consumer to talk about a resolution but has not heard back. [redacted] stated the best number for the owner to be reached at is [redacted] for a return call.

There was no offer made! We should not be the one to contact the previous owner that is At Your Biddings responsibility.
