I am a disabled veteran with spinal and leg injuries living in northern Arizona I contracted by telephone on June with AtYourDoorFurniture to deliver an orthopedic bed to me I gave him my credit card number for $down payment and the rest upon delivery two days later The day of delivery I called to verify their time and could not get through as their phone was always busy Two days later I finally got through I was told "delivery tomorrow", still no bed I called my bank & filed a claim to have the charge cancelled Three days later I reach them again by phone, "we had transportation problems, I can deliver tomorrow" I told them I had cancelled payment and to cancel the order I began to research AtYourDoorFurniture He advertises on craigslist using photos from catalogs belonging to other companies with listings in Arizona, Utah and New Mexico He does not have a warehouse or business location and does not physically have any of the furniture he advertisesHe is operating this business out of his apartment in TucsonI ran an ad on craigslist and was contacted by people in Phoenix, Tucson & Sierra Vista that had similar experiences with this business I contacted the Tucson Police and they do have a file on this business

[redacted] delivered me a bed that was crushed , no frame, told me he would be back the next day to replace, He has my $300,00 ,He never came back and will not respond to numerous phone calls, I am on disability and just needed a good bed , Took half my monthly income to pay for this and I can't use it , it is dirty , corners broken doesn't , mattress is curved on one side , This is horrible and need to get some resolve

I gave him my credit card number for $250. down payment and the rest upon delivery two days later. The day of delivery I called to verify their time and could not get through as their phone was always busy. Two days later I finally got through. I was told "delivery tomorrow", still no bed. I called my bank & filed a claim to have the charge cancelled. Three days later I reach them again by phone, "we had transportation problems, I can deliver tomorrow". I told them I had cancelled payment and to cancel the order. I began to research AtYourDoorFurniture.
