I would like nothing better but to have this vehicle completed, as it is on one of my liftsAs far as myself not getting on thephone during the day, this is nothing new, I cannot be interrupted all day longI have spoke with both *** and ***, I have also had, unnecessary rude messages left and other people that have been cursed out over the phone and at by the ***'s . ***, picked up the first invoice for work that had already been done as well as a estimate (on January 21,2016), which explained what needed to be done next, estimated date of completion , and an estimate of amount due upon completion, explains payment terms (which are the vehicle was must be paid in full before it leave the lot), as well as a sentence saying:"Should this work continue all invoices should be paid in full"When *** picked this paperwork up she would not let us explain anything, that was in the paperwork she was picking upAs a result we have not heard from them since that day, letting us know whether they wanted us to finish the jobAs of today, January 28, 2016, I sent a email to *** ***,explaining changes to the original estimated time of completion and that we need an answer of them via email and/or mail,none of which has been done yet at 5:10PMThe e-mail address that was used was the one via the Revdex.com paperwork to us.
