heres the problem the car was described as in showroom conditionthis car was not even ready when I came to see it it cost me in gas to get there in tolls and to have someone bring me there and backas you can see he says the car will be fixed so obviously the car is not in showroom conditionits a bad to make a customer drive hours to get there and then present this car to him.I don't understand how he spent the money for the temp tags as I did not buy the car I never handed him any moneythree days later he said he had the car fixed and would bring it to me so I accepted that problem is that he did not make it here he called me and told me the battery was dead and it had a flat tire this is now the 2nd time before I have received the car there has been a problem I cant just give this guy my hard earned money on a car that sounds like a headache.all I want is my deposit back and nothing for the money I spent on coming to see this car that was not as described seemed to be nothing short of a lemonthanks ***

[redacted] has been completely unfair and has cost me a lot of money. I have never had a complaint and maintain perfect feedback. He begged me to close auction and sell him my beautiful Mustang. He came right after the biggest storm of the year. We were shoveling our way out of it when he came early he had to wait while we started up the car. He left after paying a deposit and me agreeing to drive the car back with a full tank of gas cost $45, a free temp tag and registration $100, and a $150 detail. I was 3 miles from his home I hit a huge pothole, I told him I'd repair rim and return the following day.

He got very nasty and refused to complete the purchase of the car, I lost by paying a driver $175 to drive me both ways in order to accommodate someone who is totally unfair and unreasonable. He then left me unjustified negative feedback while I had 6 cars up, which [redacted] removed due to it being totally false. He got his deposit back and now continues on with Revdex.com. Stay away from this customer he's bad news,

Review: I put a deposit on a car on eBay form this company for $500. I live on Long Island I drove 2 1/2 hours to reach this vehicle. In the description and when I talked to the guy selling the car they both said this car is in excellent condition. So I go to meet this guy at a gas station in his town where when I get there the car is being repaired there is no battery and the back window is being glued back to the convertible top which is in terrible condition. Then on the inside you can smell mold and the vents are broken. I decide not to take car and he tells me he will have this car in excellent condition if I give him a few days so I give him the courtesy. And he is bringing the car out to me now and doesn't make it here because the rim cracked and the battery died. So I told I was no longer interested in the car because it's one problem after another. And told good luck on trying to get your deposit back.. Nice business practicesDesired Settlement: I would like my $500 deposit back as it cost me about 250.00 but I'll eat that.

The vehicle was purchased by customer. As per our agreement we issued him a temp tag and registration along with a detailing of interior and exterior the temp tag and paperwork fee was $99 the detail was $125 and we gave him a full tank of gas. We also paid a driver $100 to drive the car to Long Island. We got a flat tire 5 miles from his home due to a pot hole terrible road conditions due to a rough winter and said we'd bring him the car when fixed the next day. He said yes and then changed his mind the deposit is non refundable and the trip cost us around the same as his deposit. As a good will gesture I was willing to extend to him a credit for half of his request or $250. Meanwhile he has tried to hurt our business with unfair negative feedback.
