Because their response is NOT truthful This business never called me to reschedule appointment for earlier time!Here from my original complaint:I called them (08/**/2015), was told to call Monday between 3-to talk t customer serviceCalled them Monday - was promised by customer service lady that her crew will come Wednesday (08/**/2015) between 1-to fix all issues, Stayed home from job waited for them till pmCalled them again - was told I am next on the list and they will show up by pm At pm - got call back from same lady who informed me no one will come since they all are busy I lost the whole day from work, and none of the issues were fixed.Since 08/**/I didn't have any calls from themNone!At this point I do NOT trust them, I don't think they will show up and correct their poorly done job.

I never said that I would not offer the consumer a refundQuite the contraryI informed the consumer that her refund had been sent out and could she remove the numerous mean spirited postingsthat have been popping up The consumer then stated that she would remove the posting from your web siteI asked the consumer if she could remove the other postingsThe consumer agreed to take the posting down upon receipt of her refundIf the consumer does not receive her refund by tomorrow I will stop payment on that check and send her a new one

Review: Hired this business (August */2015) to clean 3 rooms carpet ( plus carpeting in hallway and staircase free as they advertised), total clean and re-caulking of the bathroom's grout & tiles,, clean 10 dust vent ( plus dryer vent free as advertised)

Paid cash $508 - have invoices

Carpet cleaning - should include free pre-spotting as promised - never done, after carpet washing was finished and carpet was dry - all stains were still there visible and corners not even touched

Smell of carpet cleaning solution was horrible- never was warned- have a pet and child in the house.

Smell of the solution prevented me from going to second floor to check work done. Took hours to dry and for smell to go - while they advertised there no odor no drying time!

Bathroom: tiles and grout are not cleaned at all

Caulking done only half-way

Not sealant applied - which was promised with tile and grout cleaning

After dryer vent was cleaned - my clothes taking long time to dry ( about double time) vent is leaking water during using which is fire hazard, clothes coming out smelly.

Over all it was unprofessional job very rash and half trough. All the time the technicians were complaining they have to work on Saturday and I have even call them back from the car to finish cleaning the dryer vent - that how they were in hurry to leave.

Called them back the same day(08/[redacted]2015), was told to call Monday between 3-5 to talk t customer service.

Called them Monday - was promised by customer service lady that her crew will come Wednesday (08/**/2015) between 1-3 to fix all issues,

Stayed home from job waited for them till 3.45 pm.

Called them again - was told I am next on the list and they will show up by 5 pm

At 5 pm - got call back from same lady who informed me no one will come since they all are busy

I lost the whole day from work, and none of the issues were fixed

Total and blatant disrespect to their profession and customers!Desired Settlement: Total refund of $508

Because I have to pay to re-do all the horrible job they did, plus I have pay to fix my clothes-dryer.

And I have lost the whole day wages because of them!

Review: this company came to clean my carpet when the man was cleaning the carpet he hit mt flat screen tv and knocked it over and broke the screen they said that he would not charge me for the cleaning and send me a check for the balance of the cost of the tv after argueing with me, while he was on the phone with me ,the guy that was cleaning the carpet took off it been over a week now and I still have not received a check from them he said it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive the check the tv was only 6 months old it cost 250.00 to replace the tv, the service was $98.00 ,$152.00 is still owed to me,it was oct 1 when thew service was done it is now oct 10 still no check

Review: THEY ONLY WANT CASH. OK NO P[redacted]LEM. HAD 2 CARPETS CLEANED FOR $70.00. ONE OF THE ROOMS STILL QUITE DIRTY, WHEN I SHOULD THE TECH. HE SAID IT WOULD BLEND IN AFTER DRY. NEVER DID. SO I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK TO GET A REDO FOR THE ONE ROOM, SPOKE WITH [redacted]. VERY NICE ON THE PHONE.I HAD TO TAKE OFF 2 HRS. PERSONAL TIME BECAUSE ONLY DONE DURING WEEK DAYS FROM 1-5 PM. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, AFTER, I CALLED AND CONFIRMED THE DAY BEFORE AND AT 12:00 THAT SAME DAY. SO I TOOK TIME OFF TO GET THIS SETTLED, UNREAL.[redacted], BLATANLY LIED TO ME AND STATED THE NEW TECH CALLED ME AND I WAS NOT HOME. "NO WAY". I WAS HOME BY 12:45. ANOTHER REDO APPT. SET UP 1 WEEK LATER AND AGAIN A NO SHOW,REAL WINNERS. THEY TAKE ONLY CASH SO YOU CANNOT CX. YOUR CK. OR CX. THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I PAID THE $70.00 WANT HALF BACK.ONLY FAIR.
