My name is *** and I'm the General Manager at La Mexican Kitchen Restaurant.*** ,her husband and little girl came into our restaurant and after being seated *** ordered guacamole dip as an appetizer.She was told by her server that we were
out.She got upset and said that was the only reason she wanted Mexican food.Due to the Mexico strike for higher wages our food buyers could not get avocados and they posted it in the restaurant.Instead of leaving she continued ordering layer bean dip.She also ordered a cheese dip.Again she was mad we didn't have the side of guac.knowing we were out.They proceeded to order Shrimp Fajitas,Childs Spaghetti and Taco burger.The server came and told me the lady was mad because of the guacamoleSituation.The food was already delivered to the table and the fajitas was still sizzling.The mother would not let her little girl eat and she was crying wanting to eat.I was running a credit card and turned around and *** was sneaking herself and little girl out of the restaurant and was gone and I caught her husband headed for the door and I asked him if I could help him.He kind of stammered uh I just want to pay for our drinks and cheese dip but nothing else.I asked him what the problem was and he said he didn't like our food.I said sir your food was just brought to the table and u haven't even tried it.He again said he would not pay except for the drinks and dip.The whole time his wife and little girl are in the parking lot.I offered to put it in to go boxes and he refused.I said he would have to pay for all the food they ordered.He refused.I said I would have to call the police and we would let them decide and he agreed.Officer*** immediately came and *** brought her daughter back into the restaurant on her own.The officer talked to them in private and *** was mad bout the guacamole.The officer told them they have to pay for food they kept ordering and when it hit the table it was their responsibility to pay for.It was plain to see they didn't touch the main course.*** also was out of the restaurant plainly not planning on paying for anything.Nothing was said to her or their little girl by the restaurant.She was not nice from the time they got there.Her husband was polite.Another manager had also talked to them.Not sure how *** would state no manager would talk to them when she snuck outand to state anything bout our salsa.This woman was just not nice from the beginning.T here tables made comments about her from overhearing her at the table being so rude.Her husband agreed to do whatever the officer decided and that's what happened.*** then went outside and took pictures of the restaurant and plastered it on our web with all her lies.T hen stated they went to another Mexican restaurant and respond ** again but listed the name of another Mexican restaurant.Dont know if she knows how to keep her stories straight.We handled this professionaly and dealing with a person you can't please we let the law decide agreed upon by her husband and that's what took place.Nothing was ever said in front of her daughter.*** brought her back in herself when they talked to the officer.That was her choice.We usually always have guacamole but under these uncontrollable circumstances which were posted and told to her in the beginning.Ts plain to see this lady was not going to be nice no matter what.Weve been in buss years and we really love our wonderful customers but once in awhile u get a *** and we would love for them to go somewhere else

This is wrong I never once had an attitude with any of the staff also my daughter was not cryingMy husband never tried to sneak out of the restaurantAlso I did not sneak out of the restaurant is went out side to throw up as I have a lapbandI feel the response is very manipulativeAlso it was not handled responsibly as my husband never spoke to a managerMy daughter is scared to death every time we eat somewhere due to them calling the cops.I was absolutely nice aND would like to see any camera footage to show that I wasn't niceSo I think it's foolish to say I didn't plan on paying when I was pukingWould they like a doctor's note

First of all that was the first time the police has ever been calledBut my daughter Is scared now that every time we eat out that, the cops will come because of the experience at this restaurantAlso we did eat the cheese dip as it was the only thing that was goodwe did not hardly eat any of the bean dipMy lap band issues dosent concern the businessAlso I know for fact that tables didn't hear us talkingI know one table with a man and woman kept staring at us but other thatThere wasn't anyone else even around usAs the booth in front of us left before we even said anythingAlso the business calling me manipulative is childist is not settledIf we wouldn't of paIdThe officer would of thrown my husband in jailIt was not worth my husband going to jail over some *** ***-foodAlso the officer even agreed that it was my right to post on *** if I wantedSo yes I did and will continue to leave bad reviews on all review sites for the company until, all is resolvedThanks

When ***'s husband was still in the restaurant he was talking to me , *** the general manager.*** left the restaurant with her little girl.Im not sure why she keeps saying he didn't talk to a manager.Its also interesting that with a lap band u can only eat a little bit of food at a time.They had chip,salsa,cheese dip, and bean dip before the main meal.Then she claims they went to another restaurant after that and ate more.***'s husband agreed to call the police and whatever the police said we both agreed to settle and accept that.The police took over and told them to pay.Its also interesting the police are called whenever they go out to eat.Three other tables made comments about her when they left and said their glad they don't do business with her.*** has put this on her ***,our web site.Took pictures of the restaurant and turned it into the Revdex.com.She is a very manipulate person.Like I said the police handled the situation and her husband agreed to do and accept whatever they said.This was a settled situation and *** needs to accept her husband's agreementAgain no one did anything to her little girl and she needs to quit using her words to make it sound bad.The police officer also handled it professionally.He settled it.Thank you
