I think this email will provide proof that I did try to work her into a schedule I tried many times and I work days a week and am never at the computer during the dayI explained to her why sending email would not be in her best interest and she insisted on sendinfg email anywayI dont think my reply to her was rude at allShe also was discounted a service from to I give a free standard cleaning and that does not influence the cost of the deep clean so there is no refund dueIn factbecause she failed to tell me how dirty this house was I gave a price based on her info .Then when I get there she wants me to move her bed which is not llight weight, had LARGE baskets of clothes and I never gave her a price or was never even discussed for me to do any laundry. She added on to the list and I told her it will be extra for the laundryI was there hrs and she paid for The work load that was duped on me was not what I gave a quote for,.so if I complained ,I had every right toI was overwhelmed with the amount of work there was to doI was unprepaired for this jobIf I had known it was that dirty, I would have turned it down at that priceand would have given her a higher quote. But it is not the way to do business to raise rates once out on the property so I got through it the best I could.I did charge her 20,extra for the laundry which was way to low for the amount she piled on meThen I slipped and fell on her slippery floor and hurt my wrist and tale bone and when I told her and showed her my wrist she asked if I was ok and immediately checked on the laundry and was more concerned if I was going to finish that before I leftThat was the only thing that did not get finished, Folding the last load was all she had to do and was not happy about it.I was threatened legal action against my business so I will wait to hear from her lawyerr and will not speak to herShe has told lies and I have proof I tried to contact her and she called me times in a month and a half When I book a date with clients I respond by email to confirm date and timesShe will not provide me with the confirmation to prove I made the appointment she says I failed to show up toI have my proof that I tried to set up a cleaning so I am not interested in trying to deal with this impossible person Ive been lied to lied on and I am cutting the lines until I hear back from her attorneyI am waiting and I cant wait to see this throughI will have my dayShe has posted her threats all over the internet and I show this email right behind herher reviews posted states she will be reporting me to the Revdex.com and seeking legal councilMy damages will be addressed for every review she leaves so if mor is needed from me please call or send mail My email is so far behind and here is proof of that.I have over emails to sort out

I will not give her any amount .She was given plenty of opportunity to get a FREE cleaning but refused to call for that arrangementWhy would I owe her for something she refused to set up by simply making a phone call? I have the email I sent her the same day she filed this complaintShe is just another person wanting something for nothingI was there hrs to do a 6hr cleaningShe tells in reviews that the job was not complete...it was shy of folding a few laundry itemsthat was not even in the dealWhere on my website does it show laundry? for free or even in this package? She has actually caused a rush of new customers to be put on my listThe review had a doubt put in the minds of the reader and that is fine with meHer review was that unbelievable that people did not believe her because they saw my email to her...some people know the truth when they read the lie firstAnd she has Revdex.com fooledI have star reviews and star so that tells the story of who I amI am ending this and any future repliesI am loaded down with work and just too busy for her cries of wanting something freeShe owes me for hrs but I am not sweating the small stuffShe is supposed to be suing meWhen I wonder.,I need to speak to her lawyer, soon

I think this email will provide proof that I did try to work her into a schedule . I tried many times and I work 7 days a week and am never at the computer during the day. I explained to her why sending email would not be in her best interest and she insisted on sendinfg email anyway. I dont think...

my reply to her was rude at all. She also was discounted a service from 375.00 to 225.00 I give a free standard cleaning and that does not influence the cost of the deep clean so there is no refund due. In fact... because she failed to tell me how dirty this house was I gave a price based on her info .Then when I get there she wants me to move her bed which is not llight weight, had 5  LARGE baskets of clothes and I never gave her a price or was never even discussed for me to do any laundry. She added on to the list and I told her it will be extra for the laundry. I was there 8 hrs and she paid for 6. The work load that was duped on me was not what I gave a quote for,.so if I complained ,I had every right to. I was overwhelmed with the amount of work there was to do. I was unprepaired for this job. If I had known it was that dirty, I would have turned it down at that priceand would have given her a higher quote. But it is not the way to do business to raise rates once out on the property so I got through it the best I could.I did charge her 20,00 extra for the laundry which was way to low for the amount she piled on me. Then I slipped and fell on her slippery floor and hurt my wrist and tale bone  and when I told her and showed her my wrist she asked if I was ok and immediately checked on the laundry and was more concerned if I was going to finish that before I left. That was the only thing that did not get finished, Folding the last load was all she had to do and was not happy about it.I was threatened legal action against my business so I will wait to hear from her lawyerr and will not speak to her. She has told lies and I have proof I tried to contact her and she called me 2 times in a month and a half.  When I book a date with clients I respond by email to confirm date and times. She will not provide me with the confirmation to prove I made the appointment she says I failed to show up to. I have my proof that I tried to set up a cleaning so I am not interested in trying to deal with this impossible person . Ive been lied to lied on and I am cutting the lines until I hear back from her attorney. I am waiting and I cant wait to see this through. I will have my day. She has posted her threats all over the internet and I show this email right behind her. her reviews posted states she will be reporting me to the Revdex.com and seeking legal council. My damages will be addressed for every review she leaves so if mor is needed from me please call or send mail . My email is so far behind and here is proof of that.I have over 300 emails to sort out..

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: 1. My husband and I have worked with many people over the years who have never resorted to the type of condescending tone given by her to us. Nor to the type of house shaming she has resorted to. No one has ever called our house dirty, including the new cleaning company that operates at much higher standards. That itself exposes her character. Of course our house needed cleaning, which is why we called a cleaner. 2. Her package did not have any stipulations regarding size or amount of work. We were very upfront about the size of the house and only asked for the work detailed in her package which I have copied and pasted directly as stated:Deluxe package includes :One Coupon for FREE Standard CleaningIncludes cleaning inside Frig and OvenWash baseboards,Clean inside windows, window ledges, sillsWash window blinds,Wash walls and clean interior doors including closet doors and door frames.Wall & floor scuff marks removed with a Magic Eraser,Clean light switch platesClean Air Vent coversVacuum inside FRESH AIR RETURNStaircase handrails, railing cleanedWash glass in french doors, storm doors, glass sliding doorsAnd to make the deal even SWEETER,We will dust all furniture,Dust all wall and room decorDetail clean kitchen and bathroom(s) (inside frig and oven included)Clean light fixtures and dust light bulbsClean shower door trackStainless Steel appliances cleaned & polishedUse a Swiffer duster to remove cobwebsVacuum rugs /mop floors. We will move light furniture if needed so we can sweep and mop the floor and will put back in place when we finish.Change sheets and make beds (please remove the sheets and put fresh ones on the bed to be made)Collect and Take out the trash and rinse out waste cans.If you have a special request and it’s not listed as part of the groupTell us about it … we can add it on as part of the special :O)
Of the above list that she offered (and that we did not ask for), she left without:-vacuuming-removing wall scuff marks -removing all trash-completing the extra laundry for the extra $15 we paid for. The wet laundry had been left in the washer, not even put in the dryer which I did, and folded all the laundry myselfIf she felt that the amount of work was not reasonable, the professional thing to do would be to say that up front while we gave her a tour of our loft. Having to be asked by email after the fact is not acceptable. On the day she was there she never complained about the size of the apartment or the state of it. When she claimed to fall I showed the appropriate amount of empathy. As a physician, I clearly would have offered to assess her if it called for it, but she specifically ended her brief description of what happened flippantly, by saying she was alright and moved on to other conversation. She now calls our floors "slippery" although not I, my husband or any guest has ever had that experience in 3 years of living here.3. I still do not understand how she claims to be too busy to answer to emails when she initiated email as a form of contact herself. Any professional business will go above and beyond to respond to their customers in a timely fashion. And to honor their business commitments in a timely fashion. Close to 2 months out of scheduling the second clean is unacceptable by any standard.4. She offered me multiple dates for the second clean and when I picked the dates she offered within the same day she emailed, she would claim they were taken. I picked another date which she did not arrive for. I called her to see if she was coming with no response. I then received a snarky and condescending email on Thanksgiving telling me the lapse in communication was my fault. Again, unprofessional and rude.5. Overall, I believe that she has shown clear avoidance tactics and rude communication. It is obvious to me that she is happy to communicate and even arrive for the clean that gets her the price she offers for the "deluxe clean with free standard clean" while giving me (and others who are well documented on [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] reviews) the run around to schedule the second "free clean". I find it hard to believe that she could not schedule that free clean within 2 months of the first. And that she is unable to respond to email (again, the format she initiated contact with, and used to book our first clean with) in a timely fashion. Lastly, I find her approach unprofessional and rude. A professional should not give clients the runaround, communicate with them in a rude fashion, and resort to such base methods as shaming their home with lies. We are good people, and we will gladly wipe our hands of dealing with this woman ever again as advised by our good friend who looked at the case. In her words "it's not worth the peace of mind of being rid of such an individual; a small price to pay for not having to deal with such negativity". But I do think that others should be made aware of such egregious business practices.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
