I am not satisfied with the business's response and attack on my
character
KYinformed him that I had made a complaint regarding his service providedThere is no process for receiving a refund through KYand I would not expect there to beIt is not their problem, they are simply a mediator of the coupons for the vendorWhile the voucher does indeed state that no refund will be given it was my assumption that that only applies if I chose not to use the service or in some other way seek a refund, not if I'm seeking a refund for poor service or rather non existent services provided
If the oil was changed, which he claimed it was, then why was it filthy when checked less than hrs later
He was by his own admission the person to have done our previous "oil change" and this oil change was within the recommended frequency for oil changesSo I'm very confused as to his accusations that we failed to take care of our vehicleUsing a coupon does NOT constitute failure to take care of ones vehicle, except perhaps in this case where the so called mechanic is a fraud!

KY3 informed him that I had made a complaint regarding his service provided. There is no process for receiving a refund through KY3 and I would not expect there to be. 1. It is not their problem, they are simply a mediator of the coupons for the vendor. 2. While the voucher does indeed state that no refund will be given it was my assumption that that only applies if I chose not to use the service or in some other way seek a refund, not if I'm seeking a refund for poor service or rather non existent services provided.
If the oil was changed, which he claimed it was, then why was it filthy when checked less than 5 hrs later.

So I'm very confused as to his accusations that we failed to take care of our vehicle.
