I am rejecting this response because:I would never have contracted Mr*** if I knew he planned not to complete the workMr*** did not purchase enough paint to complete the job and accordingly did not finish two coats of paint as promisedBesides lack of receipt for paint purchased, this fact is obvious because paint is stain resistant and primer is not

Review: Per contract house painting service was to include primer and two coats of paint. This service was not completed. Paint was not purchased. The final coats were not applied. Property damaged was incurred because extraneous items not designated to be painted were painted and/or received overspray.Desired Settlement: Refund of $600
