On 6/30/16, we sent a technician to
*** *** *** in Orange, Texas, to evaluate a water heater for American
Home Shield. The technician diagnosed
that the water heater would need to be replaced and the structure where the
water heater sat was not adequate/water damage.
He also noticed damage to the ceiling.
Called in report to American Home Shield and ordered new water heater
Technician returned on 7/5/to
install new water heater. Technician
stated there were many people at the home that were questioning his authority,
to put it lightly. He removed existing
water heater and made modifications. Technician
noticed holes were broken in ceiling and air condition duct was torn over the
weekend. A subject then told my
technician that they had broken holes over the weekend
The people began getting belligerent
with my technician and started using foul language to the point that our
technician felt threatened. He made the
decision to pull off the job for the safety of himself and his apprentice. MrsAdams has called my office numerous
times and gotten very rude with the dispatcher.
She claims that the damage was caused by us, which is not true
At this time, I do not feel it is in
the best interest of At Your Service Plumbing to send a technician into a
hostile situation. American Home Shield
has recommended that we do not return to the home
