I have a case that has been going on for a year and four months, I haven't signed any paper work to close out my case yet because I feel that Jim adlers office on U.sHighway in Dallas Texas is trying to scam meI was told in the recorded phone call on 8/17/2016, that I have only four bills in total and I would be left with $The first bill , $7,for the hospital building, which doesn't make any since to meBill number is the hospital visit which is $1,500.00(rounded up) Bill number three is a chiropractor bill for $469.00( I couldn't visit much because I had a rental and couldn't drive myself)Bill four $506.00( visit to live well MD where he prescribed me a bottle of pain medication which I could not take because I hate being drowsyAfter R.Qtold me all the bills I have and what I would have left over, I was very disappointedHe told me that he would call the hospital and see if he could get a fifty percent reduction on the seven thousand dollar bill, and a twenty to thirty percent reduction on the fourteen hundred dollar hospital visit I asked him, after getting these reduction shouldn't I receive a bit more, he said "No" Four months later I made the decision to receive the check and pay the bills on my own out of the settlement check That is when R.Qtold me that he was going to take and a third percent from the hospital building money Why did he change all of a sudden? Isn't this a breach of contract? Should I go file a complaint to the Texas State Bar Jurisdiction?
