Unfortunately, Driver experienced mechanical issues and due to the remote location had no cell serviceWe spoke to customer offered delivery next day but she was not available, she requested delivery today in the afternoon. Happy to report delivery was completed today with no further issues

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Unfortunately, it appears that AYST subcontracted the delivery to another business here in my area and it was the subcontracted business that created the problems. It does not appear to have been the fault of AYST. I have received apologies from both AYST and the subcontractor and a gift card is being sent to me. I very much appreciate AYST so quickly responding to the complaint and resolving the issue.
