Review: I ordered custom made cabinets from ATA stone works showroom. The first problem was that they weren't custom made. The second problem was that they were installed on a slight slant which wasn't noticeable until the backsplash was installed. After 3 months the center panel in each door has shifted and exposes a white unfinished border. I immediately contacted [redacted]. It took him 2 months to send someone to look at it. He removed one of the doors to take back to the warehouse to be inspected. After a minimum of 10 phone calls and another 2 months later I got the same door back which was colored in with a marker. I have a total of 17 doors and 13 of the doors are damaged. It's been 6 months now and we still have not been able to get this matter resolved. I have been calling [redacted] consistently for 6 months trying to get some response as to when I will receive my new doors ,but there's always an excuse.Desired Settlement: I want new doors to replace my damaged doors.
