*** came into see me about this 3-weeks ago and I called the *** dealer and they recommended that he call customer relations to see if they could help.I had not heard the results of that until I got this notice.This was not an open recall on this vehicle when we sold it.This is

the customer purchase a certified Pre-owned vehicleany and all service issues that customer addressed were resolved we gave the customer a vehicle to drive while the vehicle was in for repairsAtamian Honda will be happy to handle any other warranty claims in the future that are covered under the
certified warranty .Atamian Honda cannot cover wires that were eaten by an animal while customer had possession of said vehicle customers last concern was on 7/10/customer declined osensor covered under warranty

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. the wires only became an issue after the dealership had possession of my car from Monday until Thursday - I asked the dealership to fix all problems and warranty the car further and they refused to fix the wires or warranty it further I asked them to buy back the vehicle and they informed me I would have to pay 9000 because blue bookvalie is on 19,000- meaning they took me for a ride and overcharged me substantially when I purchased it from them I then asked them to out me in another vehicle at the same price point the first vehicle was 100 more a month the second vehicle had front end damaged and was dirty and torn up inside

I understand what an"Extended Warranty" is all about and this has nothing to do with an Extended Warranty . There was a Class Action Law suit that was settled in October 2012. This was public knowledge . I bought this vehicle used in April of 2014 from Atamian. If Atamian considers themselves as a reputable dealership and had done their homework and looked into the history of vehicles before they sell them, this problem wouldn't have never come up. Instead they chose to roll the dice instead of making THE proper repairs . I called Atamian several weeks back and still haven't heard from [redacted] like he stated in the first letter he wrote. My truck sat in a garage for nearly 1 month because I couldn't come up with the $2500.00 Co Pay that [redacted] wanted to fix this problem . I work 3 jobs because of my situation and I couldn't work 2 of them because I had no transportation. Im not looking for any re imbursement from lost wages from Atamian but I am hoping they will do the right thing and stand behind the product they sell .
