Review: I, along with hundreds of other individuals, purchased the app Atari's Greatest Hits for my ipad and iphone. The app costs ten dollars on Apple's App Store and does not function on iOS 8.0 devices. Apparently the company KNEW this was the case, yet has continued to sell the app and not inform potential customers about it not working on 8.0. Nor have they given any indication that the problem will ever be resolved.

Furthermore, they have completely ignored all requests for refunds and assistance from unhappy customers. I submitted a case through their system and never heard back, and this has been the case with everyone I've interacted with who has submitted requests for help on Atari.com. This company seems quite happy to keep our money for a product that simply does not work.Desired Settlement: I requested a refund of my $9.99, but the company is not responding. I would like my refund as the product is 100% non-functional.

Review: I bought an easy bake oven for my 9 year old for Christmas . The products that are sold for the oven are no where near what the advertising on the box says. I know that it claims that results may vary but the products are substandard and do not work. We went by what the directions said and none of them came out even close to what is said on the box. I bought one of these 8 years ago and it was substandard then. One would think that as much money as they charge and make off of the products that after 8 years if testing it would be a better product. Shame on this company for selling such a product to hard working Americans I was hoping this product would peak my child's interest in cooking but it seems like it only peaked the companies profit. I calked the company to complain and a young man answered the phone and I told him just what I wrote. That after 8 years of testing you think the product could be a little more realistic of that what is advertised on the box. He seemed dumbfounded and was not aware of any testing done on the product prior to selling. Really? Why bother having a customer service contact if u don't want to hear about the problem. The only recourse is to never buy from this company again especially now that I see it is made in China. I am sure I have wasted my time with this complaint because it will probably e "86" Ed. That means tossed in the trash. Thanks for listeningDesired Settlement: Make a product that is worth the 70.00 we spent. I don't mind spending the money I just resent throwing my hard earned money away on a product that is substandard.
