The person complaining, [redacted], about not getting a cash refund apparently didn’t read the refund policy before paying for their camp registration. We offered a full credit towards his next camp which is following our refund policy. His emails to...

us said he would be traveling instead now and would prefer a credit card refund. He received the refund policy immediately after the initial email to our [email protected] email. He has received the credit to his customer profile account for future use. See attached emails. The only thing recently changed in our refund policy is that they have a credit for use always – not only in the next 18 subsequent months.
