We had Ascension Roofing install Eurolite shakes on our roof and we were very satisfied with the job done All aspects of the project were professionally completed from the estimate, to the installation, to the clean up afterwards Leo is passionate and meticulous about roofing installation This is evident in the high quality of craftsmanship in his work We would highly recommend Ascension roofing

Review: ON JANUARY **, 2015 AT APPROXIMATELY 11:30 PM I CALLED ATB C&L FOR MY TWIN TODDLERS AND MYSELF. HOWEVER, THAT NEVER HAPPENED BECAUSE THE DRIVER SAID I HAD THE WRONG CAR BEFORE HE DROVE OFF WHILE I WAS STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, HOLDING MY TWO 24 MONTH OLD TODDLERS, A BOOK BAG, A DIAPER BAG AND A PURSE. THE DRIVER MUST HAVE BEEN UNAWARE THAT THE [redacted] AT THE CALL BASE ALREADY TOLD ME THAT I WAS WAITING FOR A DARK COLORED CAMRY, WHICH HE WAS DRIVING. BESIDES THAT HE MADE ME GO TO THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET TO WAVE TO THE CAB BECAUSE THE DRIVER COULDN'T FIND THE ADDRESS EVEN THOUGH THERE'S ONLY 2 HUGE BUILDINGS ON THAT STREET. AFTER LUGGING MY CHILDREN AND BAGS TO THE STREET TO WAVE DOWN THIS CAB, I GET TO THE CAR AND THE DRIVER EYES WAS EXTREMELY RED AND WHEN HE ROLLED DOWN THE WINDOW TO TELL ME I HAD THE WRONG CAR, IT SMELLED LIKE ALCHOHOL.
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS CAB SERVICE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. I AM HIGHLY BOTHERED AT THE WAY THIS DRIVER AND [redacted] TREATED ME AND MY CHILDREN. BECAUSE OF THE DRIVER I WAS STRANDED AND STRUGGLE WITH MY CHILDREN LATE AT NIGHT AND THE [redacted] DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO CALL ANOTHER CAR FOR US. IT WOULD'VE TAKEN MEARLY 7 MINUTES FOR ME TO REACH MY DESTINATION, BUT AFTER THAT ORDEAL IT TOOK ME ALMOST AN HOUR TO REACH MY DESTINATION.
THAT IS HORRIBLE!Desired Settlement: THAT DRIVER SHOULD BE FIRED FOR DWI.
THE [redacted] SHOULD HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION TRAINING.
BREATHERLIZERS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ALL DRIVERS.
