I am rejecting this response because: I should not eat the entire cost of the repairNow I will file a complaint under the lemon Law fo per online site and I will see them in Court to get this fixedRegardless if I had my own mechanic check the car or not when I told them to check my oil and fluids before I finished purchase (which was not done) they would've caught the leak. I'm rejecting there reason for not eating the entire cost of the repairEZConnect should get something to appear in court after I file the lemon Law claim this FridayI was told the cars are inspected once they arrive from the Auction or when they are traded in? Evidently this car was not inspectedStill not satisfiedIf I have to get this car fixed somewhere else I want EzConnect to pay half the cost back to me in CASH! And that's a big If

We understand that are always going to be risks associated with buying a used or new car. For that reason we strive to deliver accurate, true and honest information of what we know about our vehicles before the sale.  Our customers have the opportunity to have vehicle inspected...

by their own mechanic either on or off lot before purchase decision is made. Once sale is completed we are not responsible for any or all defects that presently exist and/or may occur in the vehicle other than the promises made in writing by the salesperson (in this case two new tires). Our main goal is to provide an easy car buying experience but understand that issue may or may not arise after the point of sale. EZ Auto Connection offers and makes it available, service contracts(warranties) to our customers at and extra expense. By signing “warranty disclaimer”, “buyers guide” and “we owe”, buyer agrees, acknowledge and understand to bear the entire expense of repairing or correction of any defects that presently exist and/or may occur in the vehicle. On 5/12/15 customer was offered to have the repairs done at our dealership at a discounted rate but declined our assistance in repairing her vehicle.
