James Horning told me if I was to pay the $5000 payment for a $2m loan and said that if I don't get the loan that my refund is guaranteed and now that I have paid him $6,300 which he kept telling me that I will get my loan the same day I paid him the extra money but it doesn't and now I want my refund and he's stalling and want give me back my refund
