this is my first and last business transaction with ATC medicalI cancelled this order December 7th 2015 For a new controller on a invacare medical bed it was cancelled due to the shipping it would take for me to receive thiswhich was 10 to 15 daysinsecurity that it could be cancelled since it was a special orderand that is there was any problems she will call me back the same day which was December 7th 2015but today I received an email telling me the product has been shippedthat in order for me to get my refund to refuse the package at the door that is a unnecessary hassle for me because I also have to run errands for a bed bOund parent and should not have to make this unnecessary trip on the negligence of the company's negligence I will never do business with this company again or do recommend their services to any caregivers and friends with affirmed family members
