ATC Income Tax Service

When after online confirmed an appt ,and then the rep rudely called to say contrary to what the site said she made her own appts. I then called a number at another ATC location, which a call on previously went to Memorial Dr office, so when rep answered I a asked which office she was in ,she oddly responded " I am in all offices" everyday, (which made no sense),moving on . I asked if she could get a msg to previous appt location, She said she was a manager & would, to have a reference of whom I spoke with, I asked her first and last name and she said first name was Sherida but she wouldnt give her last name", when I continued that a manager should proudly give their name when they are truly being helpful etc..Finally she gave me a last name which sounded like Harri, Later that day in recognizing I had to schedule another appt, I started calling locations and the mgr from the S Marietta pkwy location, she said she would check locations for me with it getting late in the day.. She then directed that the Campbellton Rd location was open today. I asked what was the reps name would be there, as a contact ref. She said she didnt get the name. When I got there it was not until I sat down that I recognized, it was Sherida, the mgr I spoke with earlier who would not give me her name. The mgr. started off very Unfriendly and looked as if my being there was a chore,.when she finally called me back as I was pulling out my forms, She asked me for standard intake entry form of which they had several sitting at the entrance shelf on clipboards. I handed it with my documents.
As I layed out my documents, she inspected with a frown, and criticized a document, I was feeling unwelcomed like I was a chore. I recognized it was the same mgr Sherida, from earlier! She advised that the standard intake form did not have my husbands birthday on it which I said I would get as he was heading that way and indicated we could get started, putting my documents in. She did not move to do so.. She said, we cant start without his Date of Birth, you can just give it to me she said. I called my husband so that she could speak directly to him and get any other information needed. I put the phone on speaker, after saying we could not start with out his DOB ,she would not even speak to him , but spoke to me saying I need it to be from you" . This made no sense. I pointed out but hes on the phone, then she made up I need you to have it in writing,. I responded in that he was going to be there , and since she had stated the form was a legal document I would have him fill in his own information , I also pointed out that she had just said that I could give it to her(as in verbal), so that when having the,person whos DOB it actually was, made no sense. She said you know what we're almost closed. I told her how unfair that was and she said youll have to come back, and she then said if you dont leave I will call the police. As I was leaving I told her this is outrageous and I would be writing it up.

As per the email forwarded here from the appt set on ATC site for Cleveland Ave location w/office mgr & company partner Jasmine. At 10:23a.m. on day of appt, I called
the given number 4042670970 to advise I was running a few mins behind. Using the number on the reps business card and on door, with sign advising number to contact if wanting to make an appointment. I then sent you a back up email to to advise. I
when I could not get a response at your listed number, I then called ATC number at 404 524-1040 and spoke with manager Ms. Morgan who said she would contact rep and get a message to her that I was running behind. On Monday April 28th, I then drove out to the office and arrived approx. 10:59 and there was no one there the lights were off.
Jasmine finally called me about 4 hrs later. Instead of calling with a positive greeting of sorry for our missing each other. She called with an accusatory, combative and unprofessional tone, then began talking very fast, throwing out a slew of false narratives of what happened and how her business was run as a partner,( contrary to what the ATC site said and how the appts functioned)
She started basically saying: so what's up, I heard you were trying to call me. She then went on to say as a reason for apparently not being at the location and seemingly that you may not have ever even been there, saying she worked by appt only and that each appt (once its entered in to the ATC site) it is followed up by a phone call. This was obviously not true as neither of the two appts, I entered and made on the ATC site, did she call me. In addition the sited lists which offices are by appt or seasonal and her office did not, and would also not have allowed my putting in an appt at all. When I questioned and pointed these things out for clarity. She said I dont think I want to do your taxes with these bad vibes. She soon after hung up the phone as I was still getting clarity on what she was saying

We have contacted our client and have fully resolved her concern as far as reimbursement of her check cashing fee ATC Management

To whom this may concern, I went to ATC income tax service in Centerpoint, AL . The manager Ms. Martin at this location was very professional and she was also very knowledgeable about doing taxes where I understood my tax situation very clearly after she explain what I would need to do in the future. The receptionist was very enthusiastic when she introduced herself to me. I would really recommend any one to this location. Very customer friendly and a clean environment when you have to wait for services too. Thank you all very much I am very satisfied with my service I received on 01-16/2019

It was explained to me that this fee is for processing checks. Is there a check being sent to my bank? Also, I was told due to the rep who processed my returns not submitting the requested loan that the manager would do it. We regret that Mrs. [redacted] still seems to be unsatisfied with our explanation of all fees. This is confusing to us as when we speak with her she states that she understands and has no further issues. We have explained to her that the $35 charge she sees on the bank form discloses... that she can avoid this by not doing a bank product and still would be able to receive her refund from IRS directly to her account by doing a Direct Deposit of all her funds. She would have to pay our fee's up front and then would have avoided the $35 processing fee that was charged to her by the bank not our company. We have advised her to reach out to the bank (Refund Advantage) to confirm that this charge is for the processing of her refund to her account; the bank is simply disclosing this on the paperwork Mrs. [redacted]s is referring to. She can contact the bank to confirm this by calling Refund Advantage at ###-###-####. We truly hope this can help give her full clarity of what we have already advised her.ATC Management
