Failed to reaspond to several emails and calls about a delivery issue. Placed an order on 10/15/13. It was shipped and delivered but package was not at my residence when I got home from work. I emailed, used the live chat and tried calling several times to see what to do about it and if they could help. No one got back to me with any kind of response. It was order number 920.
