It is hard to state what really occurred in the house between the COIT specialist and Mrs. [redacted].  On his invoice it does show that he marked down all areas of concern and her initials are next to it.  This is a carbon copy so he would have had to take the original from her and put it...

back on top of the carbon if he was to alter it.  However, this now becomes a he said she said issue. I do believe my Specialist was dealing with some extremely  dirty tile because of the notes on the invoice.  Here is were our company rises above the rest.  After talking with my OPs manager I was able to verify that he indeed did forget to call back Mrs. [redacted].  Because of that we are extremely sorry this was not properly handled and almost never allow something like this to happen.  [redacted], I believe was researching the issue and must have become inundated with other responsibilities.   [redacted] is not like this in General and he could have not been forthcoming to let me know he dropped the ball.  We would have gone to reclean if that did not happen. One other thing to note, she may have been charged less by the other company who supposedly made it sparkle.  I am happy that was the result.  But lets be serious, doesn't it make since that our guy had the worst of the 2 cleanings meaning, this other company did not have to deal with the layer of dirt and grime that our guy did.  Being cleaned a 2nd time it would have been easier for him to get the rest of the dirt out. We could have done the same thing and I assure pending human error we would have made it sparkle as well. I have been working for COIT for 20 years and I know that our work is guaranteed which is why I am approving  the refund that she requested. Please let Mrs. [redacted] know that her check in the amount of $1430 will be mailed to her no later than Oct.14th.  It has to be processed through our claims department.Warm regards [redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They are lying I have a witness who was sitting in front of me when it happen. And I did not use profanity until the dispatcher called me the * word. And I have a text on my phone to prove that I did pay $10.00 for a $6.75 trip. Dispatchers are trying to save their tails but I have proof.

On June 8, I instructed our manager [redacted] to investigate this complaint. She spoke to Mr. [redacted] on June 9th to obtain more exact information on the call times so we could check our security cameras. After obtaining times Mr. [redacted] gave us we reviewed our security tapes and found no use of any...

profanity during the times before, during and after the alleged complaint time. We also spoke with both dispatchers on duty and they remembered Mr. [redacted] because he kept using profanity and was rude to the dispatchers. The dispatchers did say two cabs were dispatched to [redacted] but did not know if they picked up. We cannot verify that Mr. [redacted] paid $10.00 for a $6.75 trip, but are willing to refund $3.25 as a gesture of good will. Please send us a current address. Our dispatchers always strive to give the very best service possible and know if they use profanity their job would be in jeopardy. Yellow cab will not tolerate this type of behavior.
