Review: On April 29, 2013 I dropped my Harley off at ATC for repairs after it had been in an accident. It took two weeks to receive the check for the repairs from the insurance company totaling $3,300. Despite having had the appropriate funding to do the repairs since the week of May 13, 2013, the repairs have not been completed. It is now July 2, 2013. Despite my constant communication with the shop, no attempts to complete the repairs in a timely manner have been made. I have been giving the run-around with the shop claiming to have hit "snag" after "snag." The repairs are mostly cosmetic, and it is my feeling that I could have had the appropriate parts shipped to me and done the work myself faster than they could. When I call the shop they are unable to provide me with a date of completion, or even a vague time frame in which the services will be rendered. Since the accident it has cost me an additional $55 per week to continue driving my SUV to work in gas. The waiting process is also causing me undo stress and affecting my personal and work relationships as I am unnerved by the fact that my property has not been returned to me.Desired Settlement: I feel that the services being rendered should be given at a discount based on the untimely manner that they are being rendered. I also feel that restitution for the additional costs to me that they have created should be rendered in a sum of $55 per week for the sum total of the 9 weeks that they have been in possession of my motorcycle.
