I had to call them to fix my fridge and I Had the worst service ever , I have a problem with my fridge and they charged flat rate to fix it but they came and change the part and left not even checked if my fridge is working properly , he stayed at my house minutes and left I paid $ for this ten minutes not including parts and the fridge is still not working I called them four times asking them to come fix it or to talk to the technecian their custimer service representtive was so rude and refuse even to let me talk to the technician and refuse to send him again ,even she hang up the phone on me , they are so rude , unproffessional ,expensive and worst customer service I ever had

On May 28 of 2016, People from Focus Ltd. changed shingles and gutters of my garage roof. Their price is fair. I am satisfied with their work.
