At this point after numerous conversations with *** ***We have come to the realization that Mrs*** is angry at no longer being supported by her sonAny monies he acquires while in jail are going to *** *** bond.Further, the initial funds for ***s bond were paid by Ms*** not Mrs***!!!!!Mrs *** is not our CUSTOMER, her son and ie,common law wife are!This madness has to stopMrs*** is not entitled to her sons moneyWhich she herself STATED was his monies at the start of this complaint.Mr*** is a grown manHow Mrs*** thinks she is entitled to ANY MONIES of ***s and Ms***s is a puzzle to me!Again, *** *** IS NOT OUR CLIENT!I see where she attached copies of the bond signed by *** ***, WHICH SHOW STATE CHARGES THAT WERE SIGNED.We, Atchison Bonding are still being held responsible for those bondsUntil they are transferred to Federal Charges we can not apply any credit.As per the conversation with Mr***
The first Bond for Mr*** outstanding balance is 2050.00The second Bond Fee was of which was paid leaving a balance of total.Mrs *** as well and Mr*** both asked that the State Charges be SignedAs per why we werehired to begin withMrs*** wanted
her son to be released to the Federal Agency for his own protectionand to be removed from county lock upWhere they felt he was not safe.She hired us to sign the state charges and we did! The state charges are still under our Bonding Company.Mr*** was told as was his mother that when the Federal Agents picked him up and the charges became federalThe Paid by Mrs*** would be applied to Mr*** past debt of 2050.00.The remanding of The balance was to be applied to *** *** BondThe girlfriend ofMr***This was his request since it was his monies used and his girlfriend was arrest because of him.At this point to Our knowledge things are in order to be taken care of as soon as the Federal Agents Acquire Mr***.Mrs*** has discussed this with our office and knows exactly what is going on so this complaint is for what reason?
My son and I didn't speak with the bonding company but once and that's when [redacted] told us both that we will not be getting any monies back for the bond posted. They wouldn't answer any of my call's after that and the part about putting money toward others bonds were never spoken of. $2,000 of that money was my money to help him get out of jail it is all false information that was given to you if you could could you please give me a call at your earliest convenience at 864-[redacted] thank you
