I was contacted by Atchison & Baker about a supposed debt that they are collecting for US CellularThe lady told me that is was for dollars but if I paid right away it could be reducedWhen I asked for a copy of the letter that they sent to me or anything verifying the debt she told me that they had nothing that they could send meI contacted the city of Riverside and the lady that I spoke with said she had no record of the business and to ask them for their Business Tax numberI called and asked for it and was told that they could not give it to be and when I said I wanted it to make sure it was legitimate the lady told me that if I didn't believe her then to wait until I have been servedThey also threatened that they were sending it to their legal departmentAll I wanted was verification from them

Absolutely a scam businessLady on the phone is very rude and when you question her or the business she laughsWouldn’t give me any information about the companyAddress is linked to a ups mail drop address, if a legit “law firm” they would have an actual buildingCity of Riverside states they have no records of them or anything affiliated as well as spoke to a private investigator about looking into the companyDo not answer or return their callsThey say they are for a debt from us cellular that are very old debtsUs cellular isn’t even a business anymore and went under

This fraudulent company called my husband and got his bank account card information stating he owed a past bill for a cell phone company sprint My husband unknowingly gave him this bank information after being told he would only have to make two payments of $to clear the account or be sued in court for thousands more He did not know that account was already paid off by me This company then started to charge our bank account for multiple amounts of money and charges without consent Their address is a UPS store if you were to look it up and does not exist except by phone They are fraudulent and continue to harass even after we informed them of our knowledge from the bank about them
