I AM THE [redacted] OF THIS COMPANY AND HAVE REVIEWED THE FILE. LOOKING AT PICTURES, THERE ARE MARKS ALL OVER HER VEHICLE.OUR COMPANY OTHER THAN LIFTING WITH A WRECKER, NEVER ENTERED HER VEHICLE.  WE WERE TOLD THAT DAY SHE WOULD REDEEM.  SHE BROUGHT US THE KEYS AND WE WENT OUT AND GOT HER...

STUFF AND SHE SIGNED FOR IT.  SHE NEVER MENTIONED ANY DAMAGE, THE WAY I RUN MY BUSINESS , IS MY OWN.  OUR BUSINESS IS DANGEROUS AND WE NORMALLY DEAL THRU THE DOOR.WE LET HER INTO OFFICE. SHE SIGNED AND LEFT AND NEVER CALLED ME TO COMPLAIN.

I received the letter dated 07/01/2015 on 07/13/2015, 3 days past the deadline to respond.Pursuant to Chapter 493, I cannot discuss this with you.I can say none of my employees are expected to tolerate being cursed and screamed at.  They immediately hang up as instructed by me.  That is...

not rude and unprofessional.  That is simply following guidelines I set up.I took the next call again I was cursed and screamed at.  I told him to either calm down or I would hang up.  He continued and I hung up.  The fees were quoted correctly, not as stated.  The date was actually 06/26/2015.  We got release late on 06/30/2015.  We could not discuss bill until we had our clients instructions as they vary.  The correct charges were paid by Mr. [redacted] and unit released by me personally.  Mr. [redacted] continued to be rude and nasty during whole appointment.  This is my final response to this complaint.  I would suggest Mr. [redacted] learn how to handle himself professionally.  Being nice gets you more than being nasty.[redacted] PresidentAtco Bennett Recoveries, Inc.
