As discussed with Mr. [redacted] on the first visit to the home, fleas are hitch hikers. In other words, they must be introduced onto a property or into a home by a host. This host may be a pet, human, or wild animal. This is our first...
objective, determine how fleas are being introduced and thereby infesting the dwelling. In this case [redacted] discussed that fleas were most likely being introduced by either wild animal(s) entering the yard through the fence and or rodents gaining access through opening on the home. [redacted] reviewed the need to block or seal these areas. Mr. [redacted] said that he would take care of these openings. We were also told that the neighbors were experiencing serious fleas infestations.
Upon servicing the 2nd treatment [redacted] noted that although the fence was blocked the animal had dug around it. In addition, the tenant said they were still hearing rodents in the wall next to the chimney. These two service calls are always apart of our fleas procedure. We did leave flea traps in the home to determine if the problem still existed.
Since opening a were not sealed and or blocked the problem still existed at the end of the service.
We regret the out come and the frustration by all but strongly feel that if recommendations had been followed the infestation would have been eradicated.
Mr. [redacted] put a stop on the charges to his credit card. He has not paid for any of the 4 service calls, including the pick up the traps. We've spent well over 5 hours on this matter. Please, consider stop payment of services through his credit card company as a full refund.

The complaint is a tenant at the building we treated. As our crew performed the treatment they noted some items that should be disposed of due to a serious infestation. Our crew obtained permission from the building owner. The items...
disposed of were very infested and showed signs of such.
Our division manager attempted to communicate this to the tenant via a phone conversation.

All items that are tenant's propriety, no building owner has the authority to give permission to dispose anybody else propriety.
Very high quality 1500 thread bed linens and high quality pillows all machine washable and dry in high heat in dryer and many other small items could never be justified to be taken out by ATCO pest control company without the tenant's permission since no building owner has authority on tenant's personal property.
