On June 8, I instructed our manager [redacted] to investigate this complaintShe spoke to Mr [redacted] on June 9th to obtain more exact information on the call times so we could check our security camerasAfter obtaining times Mr [redacted] gave us we reviewed our security tapes and found no use of any profanity during the times before, during and after the alleged complaint timeWe also spoke with both dispatchers on duty and they remembered Mr [redacted] because he kept using profanity and was rude to the dispatchersThe dispatchers did say two cabs were dispatched to [redacted] but did not know if they picked upWe cannot verify that Mr [redacted] paid $for a $trip, but are willing to refund $as a gesture of good willPlease send us a current addressOur dispatchers always strive to give the very best service possible and know if they use profanity their job would be in jeopardyYellow cab will not tolerate this type of behaviorLet us know if we can be of further assistanceWilliam Roberts, President
