& O insurance and my insurance company DID sent an engineer out that evaulated the beam and provided a report that the beam is not causing the uneven floorsWhen someone threatens a lawsuit, my insurance company requires me to not have contact with the other party, so yes I was difficult to reachA home inspection is not a warranty or guarantee but rather a trained eye to educate people on the condition of the home in questionI am also a US Army veteran and have relocated all over the country as well outside the country while serving and do not know the relevance to this in his complaintI am sorry that anyone has issues with a house after a purchase but things can and do go wrong, problems arise, and lack of routine maintenace can and does cause problems and concernsI am always willing to help clients remedy concerns but not when a client is yelling, cusisng, or threatening with lawsuits
