Rising Sun did not stand behind a in ground pool liner they sold us which split at all corners Other pool experts have examined and agree it was a bad install which caused the liner to split

negative experience, agreed a pound certain equipment, then when the installer came to my home we told him what the agreement was so we called the agent that we spoke on the day we agreed on the equipment she also said that we were right on the equipment we were to receive the installer told that was not right so she spoke with her manager, then her manager listened to the call then called us back and said the original agent miss spoke, but would like to work with us. The next day the manager called us back and we came to an agreement.... then they never FOLLOWED UP...we have continued to call the manager SHELIA G[redacted] ....WHICH TO THIS DAY HAS NOT CALLED US BACK....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ....THIS COMPANY JUST WANTED TO GET RID OF US, BECAUSE THERE UNTRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IS NOT AWARE OF THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING....AND WILL NOT HONOR THERE AGREEMENT !!!!!!!
