I have for 22 years and this is the 1st complaint I have had to respond to, please keep in mind [redacted] was sent here to ATDS through a contract training program that [redacted] offers they sent him to us to train in there 160 hour program which takes 3 weeks normally however he did struggle with some things including the DPS written tests which made him get behind some, so I made the decision to keep him extra time at no cost to him so he could get thru this so he could get to [redacted] and start driving for them which he did do but quit after three days so he broke the contract agreement with them for the monies they spent on him. I also have included a copy of the ATDS evaluation sheet that he filled out on graduation day that shows he was satisfied in all areas so I guess I was caught off guard a little bit because during his training he never came to me one time and mentioned anything to me about him being unsatisfied and I wish he would have because that’s my job to try to work with everyone, he mentioned is main goal was to get his certificates for graduating I will be happy to get these to him if he will just let us know where to mail them since he has already quit working for [redacted] and I again apologize to him if he was not happy with our program but I wish he would have said something and or put that on his eval sheet!
