I am rejecting this response because: My house according to County tax record is sqftin above living area So it is even smaller than 2,sq ftand the system should copeMy previous system was most of the time able to cope with the house The new system is completely unable to copeNot one day since installation has it gone down to degrees Not one day andmy concern now is the electricity billFor instance, yesterday I texted MrShin pictures showing degrees outside and inside I find that unacceptable In addition, MrS*** accepted the job AFTER inspecting the situation of the insulation of the house and never mentioned it to me as an issue Not only that, MrS*** installed the system and assured me many times that the system would cope It has not coped PeriodAfter repeated calls for help to MrS***\, and no answer from him, I resorted to calling ** *** to provide me recommendations They sent a "comfort consultant" That person did not touch anything in the installation, just reviewed it He provided some recommendations and was surprised that the installation had passed inspection given that some of the electrical work (for example not replacing the fuse box) was sub par I told him that as far as I know the installation had not been inspected He acted surprised This has led me to believe that MrS*** might not be properly licensed Is he licensed by Fairfax county in Virginia? I would ask that question Voiding the warranty is shady business practice as ** *** did not touch anything whatsoever and the system was installed and should be cost free service at least the first year If this is not resolved amicably, I will recourse to Fairfax county licensing authoritiesIn conclusion, MrS*** knew exactly the insulation situation in the attic perfectly and still went ahead and cashed my check (by the way, he insisted on a check and went immediately - on a saturday - to cash it He knew that if I had paid with a Credit Card, I would be challenging the charge Let me repeat that, he went and CASHED the check (not deposit it) IMMEDIATELY afrwe leaving my houseThat is not business practice

First, *** ***'s house total square feet was not 2,There was no air duct system in the basement and only covers first floor area which used to be covered by one and a halfton systemI cannot go more than ton system because humanity issue and duct sizing. Second, their desire was
set up when over degree outsideTheir house was not insulated well and lots of heat penetrates thru from attic placeTherefore, temperature for thermostat was reading degrees and located hall way right under attic opening. Third, they called third party company *** and the technician called us and asked several questions. Since we do not know that they did and what they touched, this is reason why his labor warranty has been cancelled.Forth, we tested disconnected FuseBox and it is still operating properlyThere is no reason to replace to new FuseBoxAlso, it is not under the contract.
