ATEK Pest Control has been hired by Bethesda Park Condominiums (*** *** *** *** *Bethesda, MD 20852) This company was scheduled to perform Roach extermination multiple times They are not doing all units and not performing the service I have logged this issue multiple times and complained to Bethesda Park Office as well This is the most incompetent, lying and rude company They are extracting money from the HOA and claiming they have performed services in all units but they don't even enter all units even though they have access and individuals are available to let them in They are probably doing this on purpose as you treat only one unit but not another and roaches go to another unit and the problem remains thus they have job security and keep charging HOAThey are playing Bethesda Park Condominiums Residents for fools and extracting money from HOA fees! No one doing anything about it The roaches don't seem to ever go away after years of treatments by apparently professionals Not sure why this company is not being fired after multiple complaints The individuals who they send after complaint want to single you out and did you complain and are extremely rude, like they are doing you a favor! Bethesda Park Condominium needs to stand up and file a lawsuit against them to retrieve their money back! This is also a call to all HOA residents who are paying HOA fees! You are not receiving services for what you are paying for and they are Scamming you!
